Distillery

The Wise Distillery is perched in the heart of the Wise Family’s 60 hectare property at the northern end of the magnificent Margaret River wine region.

We use our own chardonnay and other grape varieties grown on-site as the base for our spirits as well as pristine on-site rainwater, which we believe is one of the many qualities that contribute to our unique products.

Our premium Wise Spirits are produced in our custom-built 380 litre column stills (named Captain Barnacles, Tom and Jerry), using traditional distillation methods. The stills have been specifically designed to produce Gin and Pisco spirits. All spirits are hand bottled and packaged on our premises.

We welcome guests anytime to the Wise Tasting Room to observe and taste our range of quality spirits being distilled on site.
