Eagle Bay Series wines are produced from small, very select parcels of fruit chosen by our consultant, Larry Cherubino, to be the “best of the best” and to showcase true varietal and regional qualities.

The grapes are carefully harvested, crushed, fermented and crafted using contemporary winemaking techniques and skillfully aged in premium French barriques by our talented winemaking staff led by Andrew Sidell and Mathew Buchan. These wines truly express the best of what these varieties have to offer in the Margaret River region and are made for immediate enjoyment but will continue to develop elegantly in the bottle for many years.

Due to our strict fruit quality criteria, production of Eagle Bay Series wines is extremely limited to only a few hundred dozen of each style. Each bottle is individually numbered.
