Sea Urchin wines are inspired by our proximity to the quiet sandy bays of Eagle Bay. During autumn and early winter Sea Urchins of many hues can be seen rolling along the sand above the waterline, setting out on their unique paths of discovery.The brief to our consultant winemaker Larry Cherubino and his team is to source excellent, predominantly Margaret River fruit and apply first rate wine-making techniques to over deliver on flavour, quality and value for money.The Sea Urchin label is instantly recognizable in many liquor, hotels and restaurants. Owing to its long established reputation for quality and value for money, Sea Urchin wines are a safe ‘go to’ choice for patrons of pubs and restaurants.

The Sea Urchin range currently includes a Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Rosé and a Cabernet Merlot blend.

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a blend synonymous with the Margaret River region. The floral, fruit aromas of sauvignon blanc are well complemented by the citrous, herbaceousness of semillon.

The Sea Urchin Chardonnay is a minimally oaked white wine that exemplifies the versatility of this variety.

Shiraz fruit grown on traditional open lyre trellis on “Mazza’s Block” at Wise Estate is hand picked for our Sea Urchin Shiraz Rosé. 

The Sea Urchin Shiraz has a strong pedigree. Ray Jordan, wine writer for the West Australian newspaper selected the 2018 vintage as “Best Value Red Wine”.

Margaret River is famous for Cabernet sauvignon and the Sea Urchin Cabernet Merlot makes full use of this fabulous fruit. Blended carefully by our expert winemakers to bring you a fabulous red wine at an everyday price.
