The Eagle Bay Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from small, very select parcels of Margaret River fruit chosen to be the Best of the Best and to showcase true cabernet sauvignon varietal and regional wine qualities.
Due to our strict fruit quality criteria, production of Eagle Bay Series Cabernet Sauvignon is extremely limited to only a few hundred dozen. Each bottle is individually numbered to ensure its uniqueness.

The 2018 vintage was marked by a near perfect growing season with very little unseasonable rainfall, good ripening conditions and therefore well balanced fruit. The red wines from this vintage show great depth of flavour and this cabernet sauvignon stood out in particular.
An abundance of blackcurrant and cassis on the nose plus underlying hints of classic Margaret River bay leaf. Great fruit depth and maturation in 50% new fine grained French oak provides beautiful fine and long tannins. Cigar box and dark chocolate oak spice add complexity to this powerful cabernet sauvignon.
A terrific food wine try with slow cooked lamb this winter, with an open fire nearby.
