Mandarin Gin Liqueur
Crafted using premium Margaret River grapes, Mandarin Gin is triple distilled with a range of native Australian botanicals. Viscous, with a lingering sweet finish of Mandarin flavours and complexity reminiscent of Cointreau.
2022 Shiraz Single Vineyard Gin
Being a warmer climate Shiraz Gin, this gin displays black fruits, liquorice and subtle spice. The palate is rich and juicy, with the Signature gin interplaying, adding complexity.
Cafe Pisco
Cold drip coffee, infused with vanilla bean and orange segments have been blended with our Wise Eagle Bay Pisco. This is a Liqueur style coffee, perfect for sipping, making an espresso martini or pouring over ice cream.

Distilled in June 2019, this Brandy was put into a new tight grain select French Oak Barrique, the palate shows sweet orange with hints of fig and hazelnut. the long finish carries a lovely, candied fruit element.
